The Centre of Excellence ensures that Fly High Facilities Management staff provide a consistent quality of service and drive innovation with standard operating procedures, web-based knowledge sharing and training and development programmes.
The Centre of Excellence has several key components in place to support continuous improvement and provide our customers with world class services which including Leadership, Annual Planning, Safe Operating Procedures, Driving Best Practice, Benchmarking and Productivity, Training and various Awareness Programmes.
The Centre for Excellence provides training and development for three primary areas within facilities management, which include Housekeeping, Security and Technical Services. Each division is headed and led by a recognised industry expert which allows our clients to benefit from industry best practice, new trends in facilities management and innovative ways of cultivating environments for strong and efficient performance.
Through its Centre of Excellence approach, Fly High Facilities Management are able to showcase their range of services and continuously drive the development of staff and services to produce cost effectiveness, productivity and customer satisfaction.
